If I'm riding in a car I'll tap my fingers at the same pace of the lines in the road. I'll usually use my index and middle finger for lines on their corresponding sides
If there's only 1 line, I'll use my middle finger to tap to the beat of the reflector in the road... I know it's not really a challenge.. but It sure as hell makes riding in the car for long trips easier.
