Sure. It's offensive to me on two levels: One, as an Asian, the Chinky eyes was one of many tools used to put me down not only verbally but as the precursor for extreme violence. It was often the last thing I saw before being pummeled by others. It was usually accompanied by the "ching chong ching chong" taunt so loved by racist bullies everywhere.
