Fast-food jobs suck. They aren't a career, really. Even management must stuck pretty badly. You can't really do much to outright avoid shenanigans such as these when there is low job satisfaction and commitment. Immaturity can easily run rampant in places like these. Imagine the kind of things that go on without the public knowing. Now enjoy your own home-cooked food.
