take it off whatever tray it is on, and stick it straight on the oven rack half way through cooking - that'll crisp the crust.
as for the OP - Dlish, I'd say you just haven't asked your friends -
everyone eats cold pizza. It is good stuff for family outings - you can see the littlies in the family spindles, out and about, munching on left over home made pizza all the time!
