I wouldn't do anything more then give them a kiss on the forehead and tuck them in. Then again I can't imagine my lover or myself EVER giving that kindof permission. We've both woken the other up with oral favours at different times but if my SO was unconcious during, well to me it would be too much like rape (even knowing permission was given) for me to take any pleasure from it.
