He did ask me some different things, like if I had any pain, any discomfort while urinating and the such.
The problem is with my insurance I can only self refer myself to the gyno once a year for my pap, which was in Jan. The only reason I was going back was because he wanted to make sure I was doing ok on the new birth control. I was supposed to go back to see him at the beginning of June but I had to get a referral from my primary physician whom I have never actually seen. I did not receive this approval until the 30th of July. The gyno is one of like three in the area so he is always swamped with ladies who are pregnant as well as women getting paps.
I can't go to the student health center because they would just tell me I had a weak bladder. I did pick up literature on urgent urination. It said that the first course of action would be to do exercises, aka Kiegles. After that the options are more extreme like surgery to artificially strengthen the muscles.
Like I said I have not had any more incidents with the need being so bad that I have nearly wet myself. I am going to try to make an apt with a doctor at my primary doctors office if it does continue to be a problem.
