My wife doesn't typically drink alone, but if she did, I would let her sleep it off.
I stayed over at a girl's house years ago, and she dropped some acid and had a crazy night. She asked me the next day if I had screwed her the previous night, with I hadn't. Actually the thought hadn't even occurred to me until she mentioned it. I still didn't find it appealing, in part because she had had a bad trip for a little while, and also because the concept of taking advantage of someone wasn't appealing in and of itself.
