This year, we sponsored a local radio station's charity project, and they brought the car and broadcast from our store for a couple of hours.
WCSX is Detroit's classic rock station. They call it the Stone Soup project and they raffle off a restored and souped up vehicle every year. This time, they've been working on a 1969 Camaro and the charity is Forgotten Harvest.

It was a cloudy day and the weather kept a lot of exhibitors away, but we still had a nice representation. Thanks to my son, Tim, for the photography, and daughter Danielle for use of the camera.
They had to trailer the project car in. Only 3 days left to finish it off!
The DJ's (the man and woman on the right) pose with a few of us from the store. That's me... the tall one with the long hair and sungleasses.
The real stars of the show! I love these cars!
AND OF COURSE.....
There's more. Watch for round 2!
