I've found out a couple things while doing this. 1) Tripod is a necessity otherwise the blur doesn't look controlled. 2) Contrasty colors have, for me, worked best; yellow in sunshine comes out white, for instance.
Here's mine so far that seemed to work. I'm going to keep trying. Getting the zoom to match the shutter speed takes a little practice. Too fast and there's no detail but too slow and it just looks like the camera shook a little.
