OK, as the self-appointed summarizer, I can say that we're in an urban location somewhere in Europe but not in Scotland, France, Belgium, Czech Fepublic, or a Scandia country, nor someplace where Spanish is the primary language, and apparently there is no U.S. military base in this country...so obviously Germany is out...etc.
