I plan on using my Nikon Coolpix 7900. It's mainly a still digi cam, but it can take enough video to record an entire run session at 640X480 pixels and 30 fps video mode and it has electronic vibration reduction and sound recording. I haven't used it for incar yet, but I think it should be OK. I also don't have a cool camera mount yet, but I can use the little single foot camera stand I have and bungee and duct tape it to my passenger side headrest.
