You're right. And soon this thread will fade into the distance as we move forward. They apologized. Some people want to know why, some people don't care why, and others just don't even bother to read this thread.
In other words, in the broader scheme of things, it really isn't that important. Treat it like an in-joke. Not everyone understands, but that doesn't mean it has to be private.
