So, why is it assumed that because the standard romulan military hair cut looks like shit it's an immutable feature or the race? Could be they have some kick ass hair cuts back on the home world.
And if I had to go wit one of the choices give, I'll take the forehead of doom, though I would rather go all out with a borg eye laser thing. total bad ass
