As for actual PHONES, if you are inquiring as MOAB is answering, I highly recommend Nokia (for cheap but working) or LG (for featured but working). <3 LG... the first gen Chocolate sucked dirty balls, but otherwise I've loved them. Nokia phones aren't the prettiest and don't have all the features, but they work FOREVER!
