I think the 9:15 is best also, better not to be rushed. It seems we're pretty much settled on that.
So 7:00 dinner at Portillos, and then 9:15 movie, sounds great.  I'll go ahead and buy my tickets later today. (Not for the American Girl movie JJ, very funny  )
