Yoga does work. I use it to control my stress/anxiety problems and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's not only destressing in and of itself, but it teaches mindfulness, which is very helpful in other situations (like work). Exercise also works wonders--riding my bike is helpful, so is hitting a tennis ball, and kicking a soccer ball. Physical activity helps you unwind and it releases happy happy endorphins. Yay.
