I could be wrong...but I really don't think so. I believe the DRM stuff only applies to copy protected movies and even then, I believe there's a Sony supported work around. Game content--assuming it's DRM'd, I believe can be transferred to up to five different PS3s as well without hassle as I recall. Like Xeph--I'm sorry, I meant
Xeferriss's sez's dood roflcopter soi, soi, soi lololololololol!!!!--your game saves aren't copy protected at all as far as I know, so, moving them shouldn't be a big deal either.
I've been looking into this a bit--largely, spurred on by your post--as I plan to upgrade the hard drive in mine later on down the road and the only snag I've read about concerns the non-transferability--is that word?--of your personal account information. As I understand it though that just means you'll have to enter log-in information to the Playstation store and such.
Like I said, the only snag I can see is with the initial installation of the 60GB into the new system, but, even with that said, I still think you'll be okay.
