I have a Kingston DT mini and I love it. It's 2 Gb and about as small as the pic posted by twistedmosaic, except it has a slide over cover for protection. I bought it a while back, but I'm pretty sure I got it for around $15 shipped. It comes with a small lanyard which I like to use to yank it out when it's tucked between several other usb cables in the back of a PC.
Co-workers who saw it said it was so small they'd lose it, so keep in mind how easily you lose things.
