I'm going to have to do a rare thing and disagree with you Will. While there were some definite problems with
Transformers, it still delivered on the action with some quirky humor that really worked (special mention: John Turturro).
Besides, as seen in
War of the Worlds and
Crystal Skull, Spielberg has lost his touch when it comes to fantasy and science fiction.
But then, that's a debate for another thread.
