I don't know re: the PS3 specifically, but I would venture to guess no. Usually the console HDDs will have a proprietary filesystem. Otherwise they would be far too easy to hack. Good luck, though... I guess it might be possible somehow. Truly all that would NEED to occur for it to be possible would be for someone to make a Windows filesystem identifier for that OS on the disc and allow Windows to read it (like allowing an *nix system to read NTFS... it's kludgy, but it works).
