I can see how some people would value the service. I, for one, don't feel like its necessary for me. I've seen that show on HBO (forgot the name) where they follow the real lives of the bunny ranch girls and the guys they see are a little questionable. I can see why they use them. (Some of those girls are pretty hot, and seemingly "normal", regardless of their chose profession. Well, they have a healthy sex appetite. Oh, by the way, I think Nevada makes sure they're disease free, very frequently. That comment is probably uncalled for. They're people too.)

I could see if you wanted to do something special and make sure it happened (insert fetish or fantasy here), but there is always the option of just working harder at making it happen naturally. Vegas seems like the right place to make those things happen too for free, quite frankly. Remember, what happens...meh, you know the drill.
