is there such a thing as a freeware winrar of some kind ? a ton of rapidshare seems to be winrar.
the whole WMV to DVD this is complicated...different brands of discs, mystery glitches between apps and hardware...much reading necessary. I think I'll buy the Roxio easy CD and DVD creator even though I read it won't recognise some type of sound encoding. it's only 29.99 at best buy.
