I can see files with DownloadHelper, but it looks like the site is doing some nifty scripting to prevent downloads (the file only comes in at 2-3kb once started).
Has the video moved or disappeared? The link now goes to artists revitalizing Detroit's Russell Industrial Center (I remember drums).
