My dad is the king of giving nicknames. When I was playing grade school basketball he used to yell "Go Man Go". (My name is Mandi)
Before the eighth grade I transferred to a new school and one of my new friends' little sister started calling me Mando Skando. Not really sure why, but the Mando part stuck. Now my close family and friends call me that.
My husband calls me Sweetthing. Not really sure where he came up with that either....
