I had a couple minor annoying ones when I was a kid but they never stuck. I figured out quickly that the less fuss I made, the quicker it went away.
I guess the reverse would work too. If you find a nickname you like, bitch about it constantly and it will probably stick.
If I have a nickname now, I don't know what it is.
