I suspect that Manic_Skafe has a point. There is nobody alive who takes a good mugshot. It doesn't matter if you're Claudia Schiffer supermodel material. They snap that picture and suddenly you're the creature from the black lagoon.
I think the hooker bus is rather ingenious, actually.
