My band was featured (sort of) in a video on Freep.com http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/a.../80625006/1002 and I'm interested in downloading a copy for promotional purposes.

Am I going to violate copyright laws? Am I going to be able to download the thing at all? Should we just contact the reporter and request a copy?
