Do you have any freinds who own their own business?
Alot of business's have an Intellus account for background checks and fact checking on new hires. Perhaps someone with an account could retreive the information for you?
Another option might be freinds who work for insurance companies as they have large database access. I suspect that might be a legal grey area at best though...
Just a thought.
