"Secure" refers "unwarranted" government intrusion.... hence the term, "unwarranted"...without the legally required warrants....law in force at the time of the lawbreaking, unless a reasonable expectation that a massive data mining "Op", circa 2005, was justified by an "emergency level", threat to our domestic security. the telecomms are not even trying to assert that in court, as a defense....
