A refrigerator that's been modified to hold a keg--that's all ours is, a fridge with shelves removed and has holes drilled in it at appropriate places to fit tubing for the keg and the CO2 tank. There are fancier models, such as this one:
but some of those do not fit full-size kegs, and don't necessarily have room for a larger size CO2 tank.
