Are you using Windows? If so:
- double click on the Volume (speaker) icon in your system tray
- go to Options -> Preferences.
- select Adjust volume for Recording
- click Ok
- select "Stereo Mix", or "What You Hear"
- run Sound Recorder (Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment)
- play the video file in your Media Player
- switch to Sound Recorder, and press Record when you get to the bit you want to record
- press Stop when you're done
- play it back to ensure you've captured the bit you want
- save the audio file
- upload it here for us to listen to
You might have to convert the file to mp3, you can use iTunes or bladeenc (
