The other day my wife was talking about our new house we're building and we got on the subject of houses in general. My brother was looking at a house that was major square footage but looked miniscule from the curb. My wife: "yeah it looks really small, but once you get inside....wow!!!!!"
I couldn't help my enthusiasm when I said "that's what she said!!"
