Belkin has a terrible reputation. It's mostly due to the session hijacker that they used to include in their firmware. Their hardware is solid, but they're a bit overpriced. To be fair, they're not maliciously hijacking their user's sessions anymore.
I've never had a single problem with Linksys devices. Linksys is a subsidiary of Cisco Systems, who are pretty much it when it comes to networking devices.
I haven't used a NETGEAR device in a couple of years, but all of the ones I've seen first-hand are crap. They were the last time I actually played with one anyway, and I have no reason to believe that they've changed.
D-Link offers the DIR-615, which is another wireless draft N router in your price range.
