This is ridiculously true. Back when I was actually fit I used to love ellipticals on rainy days when my knees were too sore to run. Fuck what other people think, you're not at the gym for them anyway.
Unless you're trying to pick up. But there are easier places for that. Places where you don't have to sweat.
I learned that even though I've been playing guitar for years I've been doing it wrong. I learned that classical is fucking hard. And I learned that I love it.
