There's no way to know what a person will do in any situation. You don't know if a teacher is going to end up preying on young kids to get their jollies or if they'll abandon the kids if a natural disaster occurs. Just like there's no way to know which fuckwad you let into a university will end up shooting 32 people. It's impossible to know. As I said earlier, I don't condone what he did, but people need to realize the simple fact that shit happens and there's no guarantee of protection.
