Instincts are instincts, but SOME peoples first instinct is to make sure the fucking kids are okay, y'know? The poor kids must have been terrified and confused. In the event that I have children, stories like this would make me want to homeschool. Seriously, why leave your children with someone for 8 hours a day if you don't think they would try to keep them safe were a disaster to occur?
