Like MuadDib said, the heat and the mineral content of the water kills off sperm pretty handily; it also keeps the microbes down (though there are microbes that can live in those kind of conditions, but they tend to like it hotter). Plus, according to the website, the water of the Blue Lagoon is completely renewed every 40 hours.
