Right, in the beginning, cylons couldn't procreate with cylons because they did not love each other...they were relatively young as a robotic species, and still acted as a general collective rather than as individuals. They certainly hadn't learned the joy of genuine emotion yet. As we've seen over the years, the cylons are developing more and more into individuals (thus the collapse of their "plan" - though that's not to say someone else doesn't have a plan out there, which is my theory) and, one by one, they're gaining the capacity to love.
The point is, I don't think Six being pregnant has anything to do with the five being different from the other 7 (though they certainly are, it's just not important here).
