You were saying that Thomas was a "swing" vote, meaning that he would counteract either the liberal or conservative sides. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Scalia is the intellectual leader of the conservative side of the court. Thomas votes with him 94 fucking percent of the time. You said he was a swing vote. I've proven you wrong. Again.
