Normally $19.99 for 1600 points, Target this week is offering the 1600 point card for $14.99. They ARE offering rainchecks on up to 5 cards valid through mid-July. Also, if Target is out and you want them now, try to find a hardcopy of the Target ad and take it to Walmart, K-Mart, Meijer or another large retailer (probably Best Buy even) and they should match the ad.
