Any "berating" was prompted by the baseless posts about murdering people, intended to do nothing more than to take the thread off topic, and to diminish it to render it meaningless, not by any requirement other than a demand for respect for the contributors who put some thought and effort into responding, and most imprortantly, took the discussion seriously.
It is quite obvious who attempted to describe and discuss a politcal topic, and who attempted to wreck the discussion. The posts are displayed on the page.
Who are you speaking for, those who came to this thread to post one liners about nuking countries and people? You seem to be encouraging that kind of disruptive crap and discouraging posts that are serious about examining political events.

is that truly how you feel? Because I see many posts by you that don't reflect that belief. In fact there are many threads in which you've decided to interject Bush into that wasn't about Bush or your quotations and citations didn't have anything to do with the OP.
I've also asked you VERY distinct and direct explanations to your interactions and sideways "fuck you" to other members, which you've dutily ignored.
You REALLY believe that I am encouraging one liners here? No, I don't believe that for a moment. If you do, that's not my intention, but again host, YOU will believe what you want to believe.
I'll remind both you and dc that it isn't MY opinion but has already been stated to you by another admin

You may not like how the discussion unfolds but it is just how people are allowed to have an opinion and state the opinion, if you don't agree with it, you're free to disengage from the discussion that isn't happening. The very idea that citations and quotations are used as bully tactics to squash someone's ability to have differing opinion shows more about an individual's character than anything else.
