I don't know all the songs and I haven't even watched the whole video yet.
But the song that starts ~4:20 is from the anime Air. The song is called Tori no Uta.
They even conveniently mention the title of the anime in the background... haha
Too bad they didn't do that for the other songs (at least not that I can see).
