I may be the last to hop on this train, but oh well.
I haven't been in Bath and Body Works for a few years. I didn't like their scents anymore.
Last week, I got a gift card from one of my students for teacher appreciation week or something. Anyway, I went thinking I would find something for JJ's daughter, A, if there was nothing for me. I was blown away when I went. Bath and Body Works is all grown up it seems. In the past 8 years, they have improved quite a bit.
I am in love with their mint collection. It's actually CO Bigelow's collection, but they're carrying it. I got the shampoo and conditioner because it was 2/$10 which is a good deal because it's typically $12 a bottle (if they ever have things
not on sale). I also picked up some minty bubble bath. I wandered over to their signature line and it's all new stuff. I grabbed the Moonlight Path spray and what I thought was the lotion, but turned out to be body wash and then since it was buy 2 get 1 free, I grabbed some Black Raspberry lotion for A.
I think I might take the body wash back tomorrow and exchange it for the peppermint lime scrub. Of course, I kind of like the mint and moonlight path scents together. Maybe, I'll wait until their
bigger sale and go back then.
Either way, I have renewed my love for Bath and Body Works. Even if they are overpriced so they can have a bunch of "sales" making you feel like you're saving money.
