Throughout my life, I've had a variety of collections. Occasionally I still add to these. I've collected marbles, seashells, rocks, stuffed animals, piggy banks, books, coins, and stamps. I have inherited some interesting collections from people. For instance, my dad gave me his awesome seashell collection, which includes a seahorse, and my marble collection is courtesy of my mom's first husband (he died). I like to add things to my various collections when I travel--for instance, a number of my semi-precious rocks and marbles were acquired from national park gift shops.
