Wow, thats just a bad mis happening. I don't completely put the parents at blame though. That sounds like a plausible reason for "forgetting" the child, although they could have co-ordinated with each other a little more. Its not like they forgot him because they were high or causing a problem or anything. They didn't try to hide behind a lie, apologized, and thanked Air Canada. All in all, everyone got home, happily ever after.
