Primarily, it is a relatively small community of people who upload photos - either found somewhere or photos of their own - and other people vote [this is good] or [this is bad]. Generally, it's not really that offensive at all, but sometimes something pops up that fits the [this might be offensive] label. Aside for the photos, there is a discussion area as well.
There are actually quite a few past and present TFP members over at TMBO.
