I've settled on Rogers, and it is a grandfathered plan (4.95 System Access Fee!!) of $20/month unlimited.
But what I like about it is the fact that I can swap my card into new hardware. I don't think that Bell phones have SIM cards. so I keep upgrading my hardware on their annual hardware upgrade ($300 or less) programme.
I do not have email or text messaging though. Look a Rogers if you want flexibility. Also, they are the ones bringing in the iPhone.
