It seems like you need to hack this one yourself. You have some specific requirements and don't seem picky about aesthetics. You want function and you know what you want.
If you can't hack it yourself do you have any "handy" friends that might own a circular saw, a miter saw, a jig saw and an air powered trim nailer? That's the guy you want to buy a case of beer for.
