Well, that could be its own discussion thread. But all I can say is that
if you like the two-party system, they you would really love the one-party system!! Cuba or China never has to deal with "small, extremists or single issue parties being in the bargaining position of deciding legislative outcomes". It's really hard to beat totalitarianism when it comes to eliminating fractious politics.
