I have no doubt that as the size of the House increases so will the amount of debate and, moreover,
more citizens will be involved in the debate as the various Representatives have townhall meetings (in their small district) to publicly discuss critical issues and also
educate their constituency. I believe that this would result in a considerable increase in civic involvement.
